It’s hard to believe that the year has come and is almost gone. It seems like yesterday that we were still in the hot days of summer and were struggling with the heatwave of August. We’ve passed through a relatively mild Autumn, and as we come to December, it’s always good to take stock of the past year. After surviving the horrible effects of the pandemic, it’s clear that we live in a world loaded with risk. But, we have learnt how to go on with our lives and working commitments, staying close and adapting to the new circumstances. In Italy, the show-organizational machine has resumed working almost everywhere thanks to the efforts of a well-established and proactive circuit of affiliated breeders. As a Media Partner, ArabianHorseMagazineattendedsomeofthe most anticipated shows of the season: the 2021 Montefalco Summer Festival – the 35th Italian Nationals, the 9th Straight Egyptian World Championship (SEWC), and the thrilling 123rd Fieracavalli Verona hosting two unmissable appointments, the Verona International-B Cup and the European Championship reserved for the purebred Arabian horse. At an international level, the team flew to the Czech Republic on the occasion of the much- awaited Prague InterCup 2021 in September and, late in October, Abu Dhabi for the UAE National Arabian Horse Championship 2021. Thus, this Winter edition 2021 results from a busy-working quarter. The contents got carefully selected by the editorial staff. External contributors and experts of the sector have been keen to submit many papers and partnership proposals. We thank all of them and apologize from now on if we did not make it for all of them as we had a very tight schedule. We hope that they will continue to choose us as their preferred place of publication and graphic design e media service provider.
