Dear breeders and lovers of the Arabian Horse,

Dear Fellow Lovers of the Arabian Horse, We feel excited to present you with the elegantly designed 2022 Summer edition. Many of you are probably already enjoying summer holidays on golden sandy beaches or a bit of freshness on the porch of your country house in the company of our best four-leg companion, the Arabian horse! Wherever we hope this number will reach you safely. Not only will it inform you about the latest news in the breeding and show industry, but it is also packed with cultural, historical and artistic content that we bet will catch your eyes. Our tour in the United Arab Emirates went exceptionally well. We could participate in the most prestigious local Arabian horses’ events, including the 2022 Dubai International Arabian Horse Championship in Dubai, the 2022 Emirates Arabian Breeders Championship and the 2022 Arab Breeders Championship, in Abu Dhabi. Amidst the shows, we have also attended the 39th General Assembly Meeting of the European Conference of Arab Horse Organizations, held in the UAE for the first time. In Europe, we got entrusted to cover with a beautiful article the AH Weekend International C-Show organized by the proactive Stoop Family, the Netherlands. While in south Italy, Vesuvio Trophy 2022 inaugurated the show season. Many well- known personalities of the industry have generously contributed to this number: judge Sufian Taha (Palestine), breeder Helen Hennekens of Flaxman Arabians (The Netherlands), the Couple formed by Angelo Boscarino and Federica Mazzoleni (Italy), Monica Colombo, Event Director of Algawsit Endurance Cup 2022 in Apulia (Italy), Al Saqran Horse Stud (UAE) and SQ Ageeb Partnership (Europe), as respectively the breeders and owners of SQ Ageeb (2017), Madelene Wikstén (Sweden) and Aingeru Vilabrille (Spain), respectively breeder and the owner of the award-winning bay colt GF Gawin (2020). Domenico Tocchi (Italy), providing the first part on the Egyptian Dam of Distinction Nagdia (1959), and Mr William Richardot de Choisey from France for a historical essay on galloping Oriental Horses. In addition, Painter Erna Goudbeek from The Netherlands and sculptor Susan Bahary from San Francisco, California. But also Katerina Morgan Horse Polo Art Gallery since it contributed with a stunning art collection dedicated to classic and contemporary equestrian art of high visual impact. Thank you all from our hearts. We are much indebted to those who have remained loyal to our Magazine and are investing their time, money, and enthusiasm in organizing the upcoming shows. We are all responsible for protecting the Arabian horse in every way we can, regardless of nationality, skin colour, faith, or political views. Always enhance regional and global cooperation. We like to remind you of all the good things possible only due to this beautiful and intelligent animal. We should never forget the noble values the Arabian horse has taught us since he entered our lives!
