50TH FUJAIRAH ARABIAN HORSE BEAUTY CHAMPIONSHIP

The 50th Fujairah Arabian Horse Beauty Championship organized by the Emirates Arabian Horse Society under the kind patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqui, Crown Prince of Fujairah and Chairman of the Fujairah Culture and Media Authority (FCMA), took place from 16th to 18th December 2021 outside the emirate's historic fort. Numerous competitors took part in this last show of the year to qualify for participation in events or international championships next year; in the hope that government restrictions would improve in the future. 124 female Arabian horses competed on the first day and 100 male Arabian horses on the second day, making a total of 224 registered horses competing for a beauty context that is richly endowed with titles, which is of utmost importance. The contiguous staging of two events in the Middle East allowed very capable young handlers to begin what is, with any luck, a far too great professional career. However, the professional succession is underway. With the rank of Disciplinary Commissioners: Mr. Amira Abdel Wahab Ben Ali; Dr Hammad Mohammed (Egypt); Mr Tayfour Haitham Babiker (United Arab Emirates); Mr Fouad Mamdouh Hassan; Mr Ouelhazi Kaies Bin Hadi (United Arab Emirates) and Ms Zouaghi Farah. Silver medal winner, the bay D Rai'Aanah (Fa el-Rasheem x D Rannanah) bred by Dubai Arabian Horse Stud and owned by Al Remas Arabian Horse Stud. Bronze medal winner the grey Shihanat al-E'zz (D Jernas x WC Georgeous Gazal) bred and owned by Al E'zz Arabian Horse Stud. In the Junior Fillies Championship, Gold medal winner the bay Mayar al-Bidayer (Raoud al-Bidayer x Maha al-Bidayer) bred and owned by Sheikh Mohammed Saoud Sultan Al Qassimi. Silver medal winner the bay R.A.K Lora (Fa el-Rasheem x Bella Versace) bred by Ajman Stud and owned by Amro Mohsen Hussein. In the Senior Stallions Championship, Gold medal winner the grey Rebal (Marajj x Bidayer) bred by Sheikh Mohammed Saoud Sultan Saqar Al Qassimi. Silver medal winner the grey D Sheryas (Fa El-Rasheem x Lumiar bint Balzac) bred by Dubai Arabian Horse Stud and owned by The Lord Arabian Horse Stud.
