Under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty Mohammed VI, King of Morocco, The Parisian Arabian Horse Championship - CENECA’s official event organized by COMEXPOSIUM - has been working nonstop for 37 years to promote Arabian horse industry and upgrade breed’s standards. From Friday 24th to Sunday 26th of November 2017, at the historical Salon du Cheval in Paris Nord Villepinte, hall 5B, more than 1.500 Arabian lovers around the globe turned up in this privileged venue. As a combination of equine talent and beauty, the World Arabian Horse Championships gathered more than 140 horses representing 25 nations. Highly motivated owners, breeders, handlers and top professionals brought the event to life over three days of competition and passion. The elegance of the show ring was echoed in the sumptuous seating areas and the public audience. Many spectators had travelled from all over the world to celebrate the crowning of a new array of Champions. Official photographers Mrs. Lisa Abraham and Mr. Wieslaw Pawloski stepped in and positioned themselves around arenas and work areas just the way ‘paparazzi’ would do on a Fashion week; however, there, in an all-pervading Arabian kind of style. Each entry was brilliantly conditioned, carried out, and presented irrespective of their owner, handler, or country they competed for. A panel of international judges was composed by: Mrs. Silvia Garde-Ehlert (Germany); Mr. Ferdinand Huemer (Austria); Mr. Steve Lieblang (United States); Mr. Luiz Rocco (Brazil); Mrs. Renata Schibler (Switzerland); Mrs. Marianne Tengstedt (Denmark); Mr. Marc Veray (France) and Mr. George Zbyszewski (United States). Under the lead of Show President Mr. Jean-Luc Poulain, the 2017 Organizing Committee could count on the professional skills of: Mrs. Jessica Gordon, Show Director; Mrs. Sophie Delavaud, Show Manager; Mrs. Christianne Chazel and Mrs. Dominik Briot, both as Technical Counsellors. In their qualities of Ringmasters: Mr. Alain Ladek (France) and Mr. Bertrand Valette (France).
